Printable Sticky Notes? Yes, Please!
Do you use sticky notes in your classroom?? Well, you should! And I’ll show you why! Today I’m sharing a free template for printable sticky notes and some ideas for how to use them in your classroom!

How to Print on Sticky Notes
First, let me show you how EASY it is to print on sticky notes! Follow the steps below OR just the video below!
- Print page 1 of the template page.
- Place sticky notes in the boxes of the template.
- Edit page 2-3 of the template with your desired sticky note content.
- Put the page with the blank sticky notes in your printer (sticky notes down for most printers).
- Print page 2-3.
Teacher TIP: Keep a blank stack of page 1 templates and sticky notes on hand. If you have TA’s or students who finish their work early, have them add the sticky notes to the templates!
Thankfully, my helpers make sure I’m always ready to print!
Use Sticky Notes for Rewards

But in summary, I do a raffle-style rewards system and these “Privilege Passes” are one of the prizes that students can choose if they win!
I love these rewards because they are FREE & EASY for me, while also giving students a lot flexibility to choose the reward they value most!

Use Sticky Notes for Feedback
Struggling to give personalized feedback to every student? Print some sticky notes!
- Hand out sticky notes to give quick live feedback during class!
- Use sticky notes to help students give each other quality peer feedback!
- Stick them to paper assignments, notebooks, journals, etc. to speed up the grading process!
Instead of spending hours writing comments on papers, print a stack of these sticky notes with common feedback. It may seem like more work upfront to print these, but I promise you will save HOURS of grading time!
Also, everything I share with you is totally editable so you can just make a few needed adjustments and you’ll be good to go!

Use Sticky Notes to Stay Organized
Class periods, days of the week, table/station numbers, labels…
Seriously, the possibilities are endless.
I especially LOVE having these on hand when I am preparing for a substitute. Then everything is clearly marked and ready for the sub and for my students!
So there’s nothing particularly glorious about this one, but here are a few pages of labels I made for my classroom. Hopefully it gives you some ideas on ways you could use them too!
